That charge time is even bothersome. My HTC G2 doesn't have great battery life (when it's actually being used and not just in standby) but at least it charges almost fully in an hour.

No internal memory is truly distinguished mentally-challenged. 32gb max won't even hold that many PSP games. VITA games are bound to have much higher quality videos that would take up a lot more space.

I really do think people everywhere have skewed expectations about what the keynote is going to be. Sure, it's titled "All about the Vita" or whatever, but I don't think any of the relevant bulletpoints to the presentation can counter anything said today.

Also someone in Japan should inform SCEJ that the ratio of slides to other forms of media at a gaming conference should be in favor of videos or something. Holy shit. Nintendo's conference felt way more dynamic in that regard.

Vita launch/launch window line up still looks pretty good to me. And the FFX announcement gives me hope for FFXII. And tbh, PS2 up ports on a handheld gets me pretty hard

It's pretty LOL since this was just one conference. Everyone should have expected the Vita to not have a removable battery after all the PSP battery-related piracy issues and the Go and new Euro PSP 3000 not having removable batteries either.

I think I'm on the samenboat, as much as I am disappointed with their showing, all it did was switch my order from 3G + 32GB to WiFi + 16GB.

Sexy hardware & a half dozen interesting launch titles.

Ys IV in 2012, and pretty much guaranteed support as all the devs like Nippon Ichi move their PSP software lineups to Vita lineups in 2012/2013.

Still in this day 1 and fairly excited about it. Only thing that bummed me about this conference was proprietary memory sticks that are stupid overpriced.

Feeling slightly better about 3DS now. 2nd analogue means hopefully less chance of awful camera in Kingdom Hearts and Bravely Default looks pretty even if it's going to be bad like 4WOL.
