So, probably already figured from the thread title, went to Gamestop today. WHY? I dunno why- maybe because I was behind on my Amazon lists. At any rate, went in to pick up GUNSTRINGER- get there and theyre all

After the downfall of three magazine racks and two small children and a burrito I grabbed from some dudes hands, I went to MOTHERFUCKING WALMART. That's right- a place I managed to avoid for a year got my business. And you know what game I bought? FUCKING GUNSTRINGER.

Im kind of glad there's PC ports of everything these days and that STEAM is there to hand them out- however when there isnt a PC port I better remember to Amazon or im screwed.

I actually have Gears 3 pre-ordered at Gamestop.

Only because months back when I got the 3DS, I had store credit left over.  Like $3.  I put that towards Gears but I still may not bother getting it from them.

haha, I did mention it a few weeks back, and the guys like my parents are iranian why dont I know about him and im like dude check it out. Maybe I sold a copy- I hope so. I love my some indie devs from far off places that move to texas eventually.

Wrath: Havent put it in yet- will play it a bit later tonight, and the DLC- reviews were favorable across the board and the free DLC looks hilariously bad/stupid on purpose so im in.

Yeah, iirc video game stores are pretty much the worst about that. When I worked at Staples there was a pretty good incentive plan based around overall sales within a department, which was good because everyone was in it together. This worked well- maybe a little too well- when I led the business machines dept we met goals every month until they started adjusting goals mid-month- on track to meet goal? Not anymore! Work harder not smarter etc etc...
