in more pressing fb problems, i've got people requesting to be listed as family members when they aren't really family. some of them are my fiancee's siblings, but its like come on we're not even married yet why are you so eager to change yr status? also now my bro's gf wants in, and while she's cool we're not even gonna be legally related at sometime in the future. i've ignored their requests so far & i think i'm starting to piss people off.

I've seen a lot of dramatic "I'm leaving for G+ now" posts on my facebook today. I don't see a problem. They swiped some G+ features and that's what's most significant about the new stuff.

I wonder if the people who get most upset at UI changes on major websites are the types who memorize how to use things by rote. The only functionality changes I get angry about are the ones that actively get in the way of what I'm trying to do, like how eBay thinks I want to use "Best Match" sorting all the time.
