Expectations will be unrealistic and impossible to meet. Critics will try to get in on the edgy ground floor bash a thon- te show will transform from an under appreciated television show into something that suddenly has to convince a bunch of people that never bothered to watch it in the first place, and studio execs, that it "deserved" another run.

i think everyone involved is way too aware of their cult status for it not to be a little tainted, but i'll watch every episode and go sit in a movie theater regardless

I wouldnt either- arent even remotely the same shows. If anything its cult status is less than that of firefly, and deadwood wasnt a cult hit or a comedy

Even if it's like Futurama where the new episodes aren't as good as the originals, they're still better than everything else on TV.

so i started this series like a week ago, got to the fourth episode and am just dying each time. i love this type of humor, it's not a bunch of jokes like drum rolls laugh track, it's like just a comedic dialogue.

i love the subtle jokes like the kid putting the monopoly box on a pile of like 5 other monopoly boxes to show the scumbag uncle has scammed him a bunch. if that was any other show it would have been like focused on and milked, but it was just a 2 second shot of it.

and LOL'd "i've made a huge mistake"

I liked that most of the cast were unabashedly horrible people.
