just had some for lunch, chopped up a chicken breast in it to supplement the tablespoon of "chicken" that comes in the can, splashed some teriyaki sauce all over it

Joe: I used to take two of those crisp crust totinos pizzas and make a PIZZA SANDWICH. When you bit into it the sauce would ooze out those little holes. Of course I cant do that anymore unless I wanna be fatso so it lives in my memory.

I made Kraft Dinner the other day and doubled up with the powder from two packs over maybe 1.3-1.5 boxes of the pasta, added maybe a cup or two of shredded cheddar, a bit of minced garlic and juuuust the right amount of some Frank's hot sauce. (btw, the mac&cheese was the "extra creamy" variety).

...uh.... canned spam? The "worst" thing I eat right now is non fibrous fruit (fructose that stays in your system too long is apparently evil). I only cheat on junk food two days out of the month and I really don't crave that stuff anymore. Its more like a two day period of rememberance.

Now if I had to say 'gross', but not necessarily 'unhealthy', there's a lot of things that I can eat by themselves that most people would recoil at. I love that meat water in cans of vienna sausages. I love pickled things, olives, pepperoncinis, etc. Undercooked meat is a situational delight, no blood though.
