if you like Yu Yu Hakusho, check out Hunter X Hunter or Level E. All three are adapted from manga written by Togashi. They're different, but why not.

if you like gundam seed, watch gundam 00. the first season is one of the best gundam's, avoid the second season.

because the story goes no where and is one continuous spiral after the anime and it's not worth getting hooked because it's one of those things that's great -- fantastic even -- and eventually turns horrible, even tedious. But the first anime? Golden. Pretend it ends after that.

but for every show like that, there are 500 cashing in on moe, which is a terrible trend. I realize that it's always been mostly bad, but the moe shit is particularly terrible. I can watch a bad 80s/early 90s anime and usually it's just a bad action/robot/vampire/sci-fi theme, which can still be fun. These days it's all uguuuuuuu~ and I feel like they're patronizing the love of pedophilia that I don't have.
