I love spicy foods, chilies, seczhuan shit, tabasco BRING IT

But then it gives me the shits and stomach cramps sometimes and I'm like fuck this I ain't never eating this spicy again :'(
It seems the best hot spicy thing is pepper, since it doesn't fuck up my stomach, but then again it's not really spicy.
What is the best remedy not to get the shits and cramps while still enjoying spicy stuff? Anything you can drink while eating it (milk?)?
