Dawnguard was a meaty DLC - if Dragonbord is similar, I'm more than happy. And holy crap that final area in Dawnguard with the frozen lake was epic. Hoping for something equally epic in this.

Most of the major mods are specifically made to be compatible with the DLC, and those that aren't are generally so small that it won't matter.

The Morrowind music is downright awesome. The brown of the southern region of Solstheim... not so much. Never was much of a fan of "Morrowind brown".

But the most awesome thing was coming across a wizard in the middle of nowhere experimenting with a crazy spell which was great throwback to Morrowind -

he cast some jumping spell and flew straight up in their air until he was just a dot yelling "I can fly!" and then fell to his death.

after i got the first quest i immediately headed in the other direction and found a quest in the red rock mines to go find some ancestral remains. netted me a badass sword. then i found a cave and absolutely started a reikling holocaust

haha nope; its just a grindfest for materials so you can give yourself new armoires or whatever. still works great as a display area for your rare treasures and a storage area for everything common.

How does that work by the way? Trying to put something down in a specific place was nigh on impossible in Oblivion. Do your shelves have invisible magic magnets in certain spots or do you populate them through a menu?

menu system

get these materials -> choose the item you want built from a list -> item is built and placed in your house

many of the items built are display cases or weapon racks. as far as customization goes, you can choose what specialty wings you attach to your house (ie kitchen, chem lab, etc) and then you choose what furniture you do and do not want to build in each room. you do not control placement.

I really don't like the numbering of the saves. I think I'm up to ~350 or so spread across maybe 10 saves per character. For most RPGs I stick to two saves, one for the world map and another one for dungeons. The Elder Scrolls games can be a bit buggy so it's nice to have a handful of extra slots.
