Rocksmith

anyone seen any stuff about this? i kinda knew very little about it beyond it being more of a "teaching tool" than a "game". had never actually seen the game itself.

so i watched the GB quicklooks: http://www.giantbomb.com/quick-look-rocksmith/17-5119/

and i was instantly surprised by the interface.

I thought Rock Band's attempt at a "real guitar" interface was cool but this... this is way better. I'm really shocked at how easy it is to understand and follow.

I'm actually contemplating picking this up when it bombs for the cheap.

games pretty awesome, it's a shame it dun support bass but guitar is fun.

Vinny from GiantBomb has been pretty clear that this game really isn't for people looking to learn but for those that want to get better.

I think it would be pretty cool if Ubisoft made more of these for people,like me, that don't know how to play at all. A Pianosmith would be super neat.

I'd buy pianosmith. I'd like to play keyboards. But everyone says I look like a guy who should play guitar.

I'll buy Rocksmith eventually, but it's hard to put into words just how badly this game is going to bomba.

It actually didn't bomb. It didn't do GH2 numbers, but it outsold RB3.

I didn't realize this had been out for awhile now. I definitely intend to pick it up at some point, maybe get it as a Christmas present. If anyone on here has it I'd be interested to hear what you think.
