FATGHOST what else should I eat...I'v been eating this and 2 hard boied eggs for the past three years EVERYDAY, TiPS lol.

ok so what do all you BRUSH's eat for breakfast? Personally I'll have either that shit or if i'm lazy i'll have some Total Brand and SLICE a banana in it.

I usually eat a bowl of Total Raisin Bran with a splash of low-fat milk, one piece of whole wheat toast with a little peanut butter, and a fruit or fruit bowl along with a tall glass of OJ and a glass of water. Then again, I'm not on a diet, so that might not be the best thing to emulate.

Once every week or so I'll get breakfast at the diner; the usual: scrambled eggs/sausage/home fries/buttered toast.

Well i'm not on a diet persay, I just enjoy eating helthy for body/health reasons.

Last night I had Salad with 1000 Island Dressing and Cheese. I then had a 14 ounce Steak (Rare) with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. YUM BITCHES! YUM YUM YUM

Bacon, have slighty flab that is noticeable when stomach pushed together but too hairy to be seen normally.
