When I was in Kindergarten, there were two shows I watched every morning. I like to think they made me into the person I am today.

Quarter of a century old. I was about 11/12 when I saw it first I think.

I think 12 was about when I checked out, thought the new series that started airing was lame. :lol

Captain Power was awesome. I had a bunch of the figures and even remember seeing people in the costumes at Universal Studios Hollywood when we went down at Christmas (same year that Star Tours opened).

Was Saber Rider popular in America? It seems like it's rarely talked about on english boards.

1990, son.

Meaning your consciousness didn't go online* until '94. You suckled on Nickelodeon and Spacetoon's teets. It's okay man, it's not your fault.

Yeah, I'm talking about Aramco's Channel 3.

That channel single-handedly improved my English ten folds, and exposed me to almost every popular American cartoon, show, sitcom, sport, etc. at an early age. I'd probably be in Afghanistan today, if it wasn't for it.

Shining Time Station was the shit. :bow

Oh and:
George Carlin Shining Time Station >>>>>> Ringo Starr Shining Time Station.

I think Alec Baldwin took over after George Carlin but I stopped watching the show by then.

TMNT's cartoon was pretty bad, yeah.
And it has aged really really badly. Surprisingly the original movie holds up pretty well. Those Jim Henson designed Turtles still look great.
