woah! this looks like a high-res PC game from 2 years ago with motion blur. what the fuck are sony fans talking about?

I see futami talking about how awesome this game is. Is there a special demo for sonyfans only or something? Both me and my buddy played it and watched some other kid play it.

no shit, i mean, it was kinda fun, but not like OMFG fun, that i want to go out and spend $200 or so more, and on top of that, i can't stand liars, esp arrogant ones. it's not cool how they lie, and fuck over customers like the UK or Australia.

I'm a gamer first, although i'm interested in high def video content. Right now i'm cool with checking out hd tv from xbox live (need american account for that) and streaming.

um moterstorms doesn't look like that, I downloaded the demo, it's atually quite fun.

The SIXAXIS support though sucks wayyyyy too sensative - thank god at least you know, there is an option to turn off the gimmick.

All I hear from PS3 apologists is "oh, such and such game is worth the price so don't act like it has no games". As if they're lying to themselves to stay sane.

There's not one game on the PS3 right now that justifies the price. All the game could be done on the Xbox 360 and that's a fact. Blu Ray? No one cares, as sales show. These are the same fools that were running around praising UMD as the best thing since 30sec porn site previews. Since when has Sony ever been right about a new movie viewing medium?

Xbox 360: Better games, lower price, better online. And with the PS3 exclusives dying off like Britney Spear's white blood cells there's really no point in getting it. Lair? LOL. Heavenly Sword? I can get God of War 2 thank you. WarHawk? LOL.

It IS a fun game. The problem is that the Japanese version feels like a beta with the lack of options and modes of play. Hopefully the U.S. version gets that stuff added.

PS3's best game is Tekken 5 DR, and that's really saying something. The first "killer app" is going to be VF5, IMO.

Don't they really only have an extra month of dev time for the US version, of which I bet the majority of the time is going into adding in multiplayer? Once I heard how shaky the Japanese version was, I kinda put it off my must buy list. I'll recant if the reviews are there, though.

Yeah, but I'm not going to put money down when a game is fundamentally busted to the point where it needs a patch out of the box. I'm willing to accept patches for bugs and multiplayer fixes, but if Sony is really allowing partially-finished games to hit the market, then they're letting the worst of the PC patching practices hit the consoles.
