Top and Bottom Films of the the year? I'll change this to most surprised and the answer is MI4 and Harold and Kumar 3D. I went into both with low expectations and was very pleasantly surprised. I try to avoid crap movies but I assume Transformers 3 or whatever Seth Rogen and/or Will Ferrell was probably it.
Top and Bottom Shows of the year? Beavis and Butthead remake was a pleasant surprise. The Bottom is that crap that Zooey Deschanel is in.
Top and Bottom Moments of the year? Top: Got a new job and got 3G internet so I can finally beat it to video porn again. Bottom: Getting held back from a promotion because my boss intentionally muddied the waters so I'd stay.

Top TV show: I saw Arrested Development and Archer for the first time this year, so those. [Edit: I totally forgot about Louie ]
Bottom TV show: Two and Half Kutcher.

Top games: Tactics Ogre and Dark Souls, Deus is slowly getting there. Skyrim is going to be a 2012 game for me.
Bottom games: haven't made any bad purchases this year, but if I must pick a worst, it's the PS3 2011 exclusives.
