i only played it once (in the ps2 version of megaman collection) but i don't remember it being that bad or much different from megaman & bass

I disagree with everything you said minus the voices. The level design was top notch, the music was fantastic, the graphics and the range of colors for the sprites were great, and the bosses were awesome (using thunder claw to repel grenade mans grenades back at him unlocks his inner masochist) It was a fantastic game that for some reason people bitch and complain about the difficulty of the snowboard stage.

So yes, pistols at dawn good sir.
