Anybody have experience with Filipino food (outside of lumpia)?  New place opened up nearby so we tried a bit.  Surprisingly there hasn't been a whole lot of Filipino places around here till somewhat recently.

Quiche is delicious.  Not quite sure how it got its reputation as a "foo foo" dish but it's good stuff and should be recognized as such.
