There's this family im friends with that lives in Spain or something- every update is full of spanish I can barely make out. They're nice people from what I can tell so I never boot them.

Yeah there's some industry folks I keep getting recommended for friending but I know them through people I used to work with on fansites way back when- aside from being a name dropper i'm not sure they just want SOME DUDE patrick kelpek knows friending them.

I've got some weird "friends of friends" that I don't actually know but am, in some weird way, friends and shit with on fb.  I've actually ended up meeting a couple of them irl when I go on trips to visit old friends and whatnot, and they usually end up being ok.

I have a very low tolerance for stupidity on facebook. Or using it as a journal. Or posting 10+ per day.

But rather than go on massive cleaning sprees, I always click on whose bday is it today. And then I decide to keep or get rid of them. Little bit of fun everyday

There are cousins I've never met (we're a Catholic family...) that are friends with me on FB.

I barely use the damn thing anymore.  Most of my friends don't seem to use it much either.

I got defriended for going on a half-drunken rant on a really old sports talk host/college basketball announcer.  It was from a female too so I wondered if she was just that die-hard a fan or if it was a personal family friend.

No fucks were given.

My fb is pretty locked down nowadays because of OA, only got 1 person on there I've never met in real life.

I don't mind the "friend of a friend of a friend" adding me if she is really hot and has high quality pictures in her gallery. These "friends" serve as Plan-B fap material just in case of emergencies.
