Most the places i searched for all seem really fecking shady - especially the UK based ones - so looking for a recommended site to facilitate my pir... development projects!

Ah, the good old days where you'd see flashcarts in vending machines on the back streets.  I was wondering how long those table setups would last though, not like they were doing it in secrecy or anything.  I'd assume there are stores where you can still get the goods, but you have to be in the know or something.

When I left Japan in 2009 every single person playing a DS on the train was using a flash cart with a MicroSD sticking out of it. Seriously -- I can't remember the last time I saw someone using a legitimate game. Wonder if that's changed (well, obviously if they're playing 3DS)
