For the past two days I had a pain in the left side of my chest when I breathe in deeply. It's not sore ribs or muscles that I can say. Not sure if I should go to the doctor with this. Just want to sit it out, but maybe someone here knows something?
1. Heart attack? Could be with my lifestyle.
2. Angina? Not sure what this is really.
3. Pneumonia? Don't think so, would be both sides.
Any excessive shivering sweating nausea? Pain in other areas, arms, neck, jaw, etc? These are more symptom of a heart attack but MIs can be relatively asymptomatic.
Angina is just a fancy word for chest pain. It's a symptom of artery clogging around the heart which can lead to cardiac disorders.
Pneumonia is probably unlikely if you arn't coughing, spitting up, have flu like symptoms.
Was there any event leading to the pain or did it appear spontaneously? And how severe is the pain?
Because it only is affecting you when breathing deeply, I don't think heart attack. If you start feeling worse or develop more symptoms, I would see a doctor
