playing the demo for this atm. Absolutely fantastic! A sweet blend of Mechwarrior and Ring of Red (I never played the original game).

Kinect stuff looks like it'll take some getting used to but it's pretty damn innovative and engaging. Presentation is hysterical, classic Japanese take on Americana.

Day 1 on this puppy for sure. If you have a Kinect, try this now!

you cant play it without Kinect. ALL of the peripheral cockpit commands use the Kinect sensor, the controller is used solely for movement and aiming. All weapon selection, zooming in, acceleration etc. is controlled via gestures.

So you can't try the demo if you have not purchased the peripheral

the aesthetic is very similar. It involves a retro-futuristic WWII-esque conflict, involving bipedal battle tanks.

I just love From Software. After loving Dark Souls too much, imo they can do no wrong. Best dev in the world today.
