Short version:

On Tuesday, officials at the governing Conservatives' party headquarters in Ottawa receive a small package in the mail. There is a crayon heart drawn on the box. They open the box to find....a bloody, rotting, human foot. Later on, at a mail sorting facility in Ottawa, another package is found, this time with a human hand inside.

Meanwhile, in Montreal, police were alerted to a dismembered torso found in a pile of garbage.

Fast forward to today. Police have confirmed that the hand and foot come from the torso in Montreal. They raided an apartment in Montreal, where they apparently found more body parts.

The resident of that apartment, this guy:

now has a Canada-wide warrant out for him for homicide. He is also apparently a Montreal amateur porn star.
