according to these tweets it looks like Activision settled and the 2 guys might have gotten a lot of money (the terms are confidential so we don't have no idea).

I think a lot of people are kind of wondering if Epic's win yesterday kind of gave both sides a jolt of "settle this shit already folks, you never know what's going to happen at trial".

Could just be a coincidence.  Don't know.
