I love being able to start applications by just hitting the Windows button and the typing the name. There is no need to use the mouse and it only takes a second.

Another favorite feature is using the Win button combined with the arrow keys to send windows to either the right or left half of the screen.

Edit: And, oh, starting my pinned applications with Win + one of the number keys is also really useful.

yeah, I always set my taskbar pins to a certain order to work with the Windows + <#> thing.

Win + keyboard shortcuts does SO MANY THINGS

It's too bad it's ugly. Biggest problem with Vista/7 are the ugly progress bars.
