Game isn't even on rails. I hate it when people say that. When I think of rails, I think of a rail shooter. In rail shooters you can't just turn around, much like a train. It has a very unique control scheme, but it is hardly on rails. If you took away the hold A to go forward button and gave it normal third person controls with the left and right sticks, the way the levels flow would show that it's NOT on rails. Rails are not about controls, they're about structure of the game.
