Friday---
Took the day off so I watched some movies, hit up the book store, played sum secret world, watch sum giant bomb subscriber feature, played sum dissidia, watched sum AMERICAN PICKERS, read some book (also bagel bites/diet dr pepper)

Saturday---
Hanging out with friends, doin whatever. Evening will be some late night gaming- or reading; near the end of City and the City hard to stop.

Sunday---
Cleaning my fucking house. Falling asleep. The entire weekend is going to be warm so my apartment will be difficult to stay awake in

Friday: Birthday party for a good friend at Two Beers Brewing. Skillet was there outside serving food. It was awesome.

Saturday: Family pictures in the morning, then heading to a friend's place in Seward Park for Seafair. The Blue Angels buzz his backyard every year. Got kiddo some noise canceling earmuff headphones so she doesn't freak out. Lots of beer and grilling and board games, too.

Sunday: Recovering.

And MAF, yeah gon' be hawt. We bought a AC unit for our upstairs so we won't roast. We've got a brick house, so in years past we've abandoned the top floor and slept in the basement. NOT THIS YEAR, MOTHER NATURE.

Friday: Slept the entire day because I was awake the day before for 28 hours.

Sat: The kids wanted to go to six flags, I bailed. I'm joining some friends for a Ramadan feast as well. They're usually boring as shit, hopefully they lax their butts a smidgen today.

Sun: Party at a good friend's house celebrating her new college teaching job. Now her I can count on.

Saturday: watch soccer/olympics most of the day then take dog to dog park so she can have some fun time

It's actually sort of a relief. I wouldn't say the place was nearly comparable to a GilloD story, but I think I could say I see his stories in a whole new light if you catch my drift. I'm pretty positive overall, only problem is rent but I'll work it out. The guy who hired my for my first company earlier this year wants me at this new company (he was laid off with me) and I'd love to work with him again, great guy. No need to panic, for now at least.


Oh and to finish my weekend:

Saturday- Sleep until like 3pm after staying up coding until 7am. Maybe finally play some MonHun again, it's been a few months.
Sunday- See above. Maybe watch The Newsroom.

Friday; show.  saw Uumans (pretty good) Helado Negro (meh, not my thing) and Janka Nabay and the Bubu Gang (pretty awesome but they played way too long so i went home)

Saturday; show Dope Body (awesome), Call of the Wild (super awesome), Gentlemen (no idea) play for free in the afternoon.

Sunday; I'll probably go to the Mad Decent Block Party for a little bit

Friday - Dinner in the historic part of town. Took the baby. Nervous about her crying until we realized the entire place was full of loud people and screaming kids, and she didn't make a peep. Sexy time.

Saturday - Curled up on the couch enjoying a stormy day right now. Not 100F+ today! The boys are brewing beer later. I'll be doing boring baby stuff, getting stuff together for Grandma to babysit.

Friday - got shower doors installed, recoated my floor, house is just about finished with renovation. Just gonna give it a thorough cleaning, and then its time to finally start moving in! Also, shopped at Bed Bath and Beyond for linens and assorted kitchenware too.

Saturday - went to a small anime con they had over at the Rockville Centre library, was a pretty good time. They aired a few movies, had a really cheesy maid cafe, some J-pop singers flown in from Japan, a raffle and food. Was cheesy but fun. After that, hit up a favorite coffee house in SW Nassau, then went to Barcade in Brooklyn, where I met up with some college friends and a crazy girl from OKCupid who got real drunk and was all over me, making out with me and stuff (more details in the Relationships thread)

Today - just resting, playing Ys Origin.

Monday- Interview for a new job with one of my old bosses

Thursday night - Drove to a friends cottage in the Poconos. Drank some beers and some 18 year old Jameson
Friday - Went out on a boat and even went tubing. The first time since I was a teenager. Earned the worst sun burn I've had in years. Went to bed at 9:30 that night
Saturday - The sun kicked my ass so bad I felt like a vampire. Any sun that touched open skin made me hiss and cover up. Bought some nice Aloe lotion that really helped with the pain. Drank more beers and Jameson.
Sunday - Drove home, got the dog, and played vidya games the rest of the day.
