While up north in Chicago, I picked up this little gem. The Tv Troupes article was pretty awesome and made me purchase it.

It's really strange. Cavia sure was an out there developer.

Where did you get Inversion for so cheap? I'm kind of curious about it. I love bad games if they are funny.

Haha, this game is pretty hilarious so far. Earth gets invaded by Kratoses and you have to fight them Red Dawn style! With a Gravity Gun. And lots of swears.

Got Just Cause 2 cause it was 4 dollars. I really like the game except for the fact that Rico is pretty weak and it really limits the mayhem. They give you this cool sandbox environment with all these wild tools with which to cause havoc, but if you get shot like 10 times you die. I guess my frustration comes from just finishing SR3 where I had no bullet damage unlocked.

Just finished up KH 3D (pretty fun despite usually awful camera and always awful story) and Darksiders II (loved it despite the fact I think it peaks too early, the last half of the game isn't nearly as continually awesome as the first half).

Trying to decide what I want to pick up next. Maybe Sleeping Dogs or CS:GO (god I haven't played CS in what has to be like six or seven years).

just chipping away at Dragon's Dogma on 360. Pretty much done every sidequest now, so gonna do the run to the postgame and the GRINDAN

I played a couple of hours of Crash Team Racing last night and uninstalled it. This game does not hold up well at all. The racing mechanics are still solid but the game is just way too ugly on my 60" 1080p plasma TV. Definitely a game that should be played on a PSP/Vita.

Played a few more hours of Risen 2. I think I'm on the home stretch but I'm not sure, definitely late in the game though

I spent most of the day grinding stage 4 in Futari God Mode. I thought this stage would be hell to learn since it gave me tons of trouble in 1.5 Maniac, but I think I've got it down pretty well now (~900m is my best). Tomorrow I'll probably start learning stage 5... not looking forward to those lanterns fucking me up until I've memorized the correct path thru them.

I'm about 80% of the way through the story in Sleeping Dogs too. I don't like it a whole lot, but I want to finish it.
