Whats stopping you from buying it at TRU and then using your receipt from the place you bought it and returning it? Its a win win, unless you got the pc version or something you should have no problems doing it.

I should really get in the habit of keeping my receipts. I bought Sleeping Dogs the day it came out and don't have the receipt anymore.
