Anyone else play this?

I know, I know.

Gravity Bone was still my sorta (maybe definitive) GOTY with Batman and Borderlands.

Didn't think this was as good, but still loved quite a bit of the story presentation. Especially unraveling the timeline going back during the commentary.

Shame about all the crashes with his engine.  :lol

Best title card of the generation though.

This was gifted to me and it blew my goddamn mind. I didn't like Gravity Bone at all though.

Heh, that's probably one of the few times I've heard that perspective.

Do you mind sharing why? Was it the plot? I think TFOL has the better plot, but I guess I enjoyed the gameplay parts of Gravity Bone even if they were pretty simplistic. It made the plot "impact harder" when it did.

Did you not play Gravity Bone until this release?

I played Gravity Bone after playing TFoL, it's just not as slick and polished, plus the jumping puzzles are uhhh...

That makes sense. I played Gravity Bone first, then Barista 2, Puppy Years. Blendo is getting better.

I liked how Gravity Bone basically told you nothing, then suddenly amped up.

TFOL is a LOT better than Gravity Bone... I like the party section of GB but the jumping puzzles are kind of a goddamned embarrassment.

TFOL is definitely on the short list for, well, not GOTY. But Something OTY. If Portal can get away with just being an hour long, it shouldn't a problem that TFOL is 12 minutes long.
