if you havent already, go into settings and opt into the Steam Beta update. Then restart STEAM. looks like it's updating right now.

It's pretty fucking slick.  Just as nice as the PS3/Xbox UIs.  Still a few kinks that need to be worked out though. 

I'm more excited than ever for the inevitable Steambox!

I was pretty skeptical about big picture mode, it already better than the console UI's

I tried it for a bit with my 360 pad, works pretty well. Valve gets this stuff.

Though it did seem to take forever to download the images for my games. Might have been on my end.

And I was using my monitor. Still, looked nice. Seems like what Vinny on GiantBomb wanted entirely.

you might have to make the tv your primary/only display while you're using it, disable the pc monitor in your settings and see if that works
