and I'm not going to do any work, you fucking assholes. Seriously, the last two Fridays I worked didn't even count as time off because I wound up working more than eight hours that day. This is the first Friday where the phones are off, I'm not going to check e-mail, and I'm going to do little or nothing. I spent all week making sure that I won't do anything today and it will be great.

- Played several hours of Borderlands 2
- Watched a few episodes of Miami Vice with my dog
- I wound up taking a couple of work calls but it was no big deal
- Screwed around online for quite some time

All in all, a pretty uneventful Friday. Feels very good, man!

Got some errands to run on Saturday and will probably spend a morning doing some work on Sunday.

Today it's going to be me manning a GSA booth at our university's Fall Carnival event at 4 (I'll be running a Card Sharks game stand).

Afterwards I'll be meeting up with Positive, his lovely wife, and another friend to watch Loopers at the Moolah (couches and drinks inspired by characters from the movie you're watching).

These past few weeks at work have been insanely busy, been working on a video demonstration of upcoming tech. to be seen by an Admiral. Also finally living on my own and getting this place in order - buying stuff, cleaning (I'm a neat freak, almost but not quite at OCD levels), unpacking, etc. This is probably the first chance I got to sit down in a long while... after helping my brother build IKEA furniture all day

other than that, gonna do more shopping and then just relax in the evening, my brother is in town so hopefully he'll come over and we can play some SF4 and P4A.

Next weekend:
