thanks for all the advice!
update: so after staying up all night I had a nap from 3-5pm as I couldn't physically keep my eyes open anymore. I then hit the pub quiz with the bros and had a few beers and shit, then didn't get to sleep till 4am :/
Got up at 9am this morning and ran some errands and had a meeting and shit, but I was walking around in the rain for an hour so I was cold and tired when I got home, so NAP TIME again

I have to be more disciplined about naps and stuff.
Still, I have gotten heaps done in the past couple of days and got some hysterical socialising in, so it's a win.
In regards to herbal shit, chamomile tea I find is pretty good to chill out and relax with. Better get onto that routine
