yeah, I like both. Still haven't finished Xenoblade though, got pretty far though about 35 hours in or so then I got busy, dropped it for a while and moved on. Happens to me more and more as I get older $:-\$

I do actually have Chrono Trigger DS, I bought it for my ex-brother in law but somehow I ended up with it.

But yeah. I really don't have time for 50+ hour games anymore. $:-\$ I beat Pokemon but I'm still struggling to get some time in on the subway before and after work.

outside of chrono trigger, ff6 the best 16bit rpg. huge quest, great graphics, best soundtrack, long-ass linear section that stays engaging PLUS a huge-ass nonlinear section that has enough content to be a second game. A+++++++ WOULD PLAY AGAIN AND AGAIN FOREVER

I don't understand, does that mean they're good? I've recently gotten a bigass PSP memory card and I've been thinking about putting damn near every FF game on it and I was looking at those on the PSN store.

FFVI psx has questionable load times and the occasional frame rate issue in battle but it's not terrible.

FFV psx has the original translation for the game before Square killed the overseas effort, so it's sloppy. But otherwise, still a good version without load times or frame rate issues.

The only 2d Squaresoft psx port you need to stay away from is the CT port.

PSP has an option like that but I'm not sure it works as well. I'm getting Chrono Trigger on DS anyways.
