Does this mean that George Lucas can't fuck with them any more?

this is good news

Imagine new Indiana Jones. IMAGINE IT.

We had one a couple years ago. Didn't turn out so well.

Fox owns the rights to xmen and fantastic four and i think daredevil in film.  Sony owns spiderman in film.

Complete man baby saturation is delayed...for now

I think Fox recently lost the rights to Daredevil since they weren't using it.

There was a story in the last little bit about how Sony is looking to sell off Sony Pictures. Don't know if it'd concievable end up in a Disney/Marvel spidey movie though

They don't own Indiana Jones, it's tied up with Paramount.

All I want is theatrical cuts of the original trilogy on BluRay.

Then they can put them back in the Disney Vault in 4 months.

I guess it will be based on the Extended Storyline (Books, etc) so Luke and his Family?

I hope not. Set it thousands of years post Luke. Although I'm sure a distant relative would end up the hero

this is already pretty stupid because fuck new-age star wars in all its incarnations (other than KotOR), but the biggest disaster I can already think of is not having the fox fanfare at the beginning.

They should hire Chris Nolan to make it even longer and stupider than the rest of the films.
