i am working from home thanks to Sandy so it's been all horror all day here
started with Original Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Cabin in the Woods ("Where is the cabin?  Where is the woods?  What the hell is going on?" - my girlfriend during the beginning of the movie), The Night Train Murders (the Italian Last House on the Left part 2, basically).

a theater near me has power and is showing the original Night of the Living Dead so I may go see that tonight.

watching horror movies and passing out candy to snotty little shits so they spare my house from eggings and TP.

Edit: Seeing Night of the Living Dead on the big screen on Halloween would be the shit.

I don't celebrate Halloween, but maybe I'll install a scary game or something. Scratches and Phantasmagoria are both good candidates.

I do the same.  It's my hardest lift to make progress on.  I wouldn't be able to progress at all if I didn't use my legs for momentum on heavier sets.

I busted another disc in my back a few weeks ago, so I am uncomfortable doing pretty much any physical activity beyond having to  work. Probably just going to alternate lying on the floor and standing while watching something on Netflix that I don't have to pay much attention to, or reading pre-code horror comics on the tablet.

These fucking kids knocked my garbage in the road. WHY?
On the only night of the year when it's socially acceptable for juveniles to wear masks, some shit go' git fukd up.

Took 2 of my kids around the neighborhood trick or treating. Pretty low turnout people-wise.

There was one really spooky house. You go up to the door and there is a big Roney/Ryan sign taped to the front of the screen door. Off to the right , through the bay window, is a 60 inch screen with fox news blaring and 2 80 year olds with oxygen on the couch. The shivers, man.

I'm dressed up as a crazy mad trucker. I'm fortunate enough to be on the first floor, but we are in an apartment complete. We are kind of hidden so I've made signs leading the kiddos to their cruel fate. The signs are nice and glowie near the street and as they near the signs become bloodier and bloodier. I have several strobes going and have the jambox playing creepy music. I got it all decked out with stuff. I even have a real mummified rat that I'm taking to the street to entice people to come for some candy.

the only thing Rec 3 shares w/ the other two is the mythology.  This is a weird splatter comedy, somewhere between Hong Kong's Bio Zombie and and Brain Dead but I don't know if I liked the ending.  It makes sense as far as the series goes but it kind of comes out of nowhere.

This is what I've heard and kinda why I haven't seen it.  I saw REC 2 on its midnight release in Houston and I loved it.  Even when they amped up the cheese to 11.  But I heard it hits a whole new level of ridiculousness in 3.
