putting it in a blender and hitting the frappe button is best and less painful

I would not want to spend my last hours as a blind fish swimming in shit  :'(

Please don't dump him in any natural body of water.

You can actually put him in a shallow dish of cheap vodka to kill him. It's quick, painless, and humane.

Some people will put fish in a plastic bag in the freezer or just leave them out of water to kill them, but the nervous system of a fish is developed enough to sense pain so I think that's cruel.

I hate my parakeet and was thinking about releasing it but something inside me thinks it's cruel.

I hate my parakeet and was thinking about releasing it but something inside me thinks it's cruel.

It's illegal to do that in a lot of places because introduced species can be such a problem when they outcompete native species for food and space. Rabbits, I believe, were introduced to Australia and caused a lot of problems.

Now I realize a single parakeet isn't going to do much harm and probably wouldn't survive on its own anyway, but that something inside you telling you it's cruel is right.

I'm sure there's a way you can get rid of it, even if it's through Freecycle or something. If it bugs you, you can give it to someone who'd want it, you know?

:lol :lol :lol

When I was 16 I had a Beta named Spaghettio and my friends drunk girlfriend squirted lighter fluid in his bowl and lit it in fire.  He survived for 3 days (I didn't know she did it) and I found him dead one morning.  I was talking to my friend about it and he was like "I'm surprised it survived that long.  That stupid bitch Tabitha set it on fire!"

I almost fuckin cried.
