France has roughly the same proportion of African-descended residents but our gun homicide rate is ~10 times higher.
Serious question for PD, Himu, etc: why did we get all the violent darkies, and France got the docile ones? 
Haha, you're incorrect on population estimates. With a quick google search, France has no population numbers via race because it has been deemed illegal. However, they estimate that 1.5 million to maybe 3 or 5 million (4% of the pop.) are black. Compared to 40 million blacks in the USA which counts for 14% of the population. So we simply have more blacks, first of all.
But on to your general question, France had black people who mostly wanted to live there aka they immigrated. They have completely different history and that means a lot. French blacks don't fuck with guns because they're
French. France has no gun culture from what I've researched and a recent CNN article labeled guns as "the ultimate taboo" in France. Compared to America where we idolize guns and peoples rights to own them in case the US government decides to ban rock n roll and throw the country into Sharia Law. JUST IN CASE ya know! So of course blacks in America are going to be violent, because America is a
violent country. But going beyond France, if you look at other European countries such as UK, they have high black crime rates as well. Yet I can't find anything solid on a high black on black crime rate in France.
But I'm not French, nor a French black, so I'm speaking in what ifs and hypothetical based around assumed and quick google absorbed logic.
