Deserve is far to harsh a word Borys, thats ignorant in fact. That being said I do agree that he made what seemed to be a threatening motion by reaching into the car, and the cops responded.
I'd love to get Boogie's opinion. When I was a kid my mom drilled into my mind that if you get stopped by the cops, keep your hands on the steering wheel until told otherwise. In this case he could have made it more clear that his foot was stuck while keeping his hands in the air. Never put your hands where they can't see
