This is good, I like this. All the crazies in this country, gathered together in secure locations with high walls. At worst, we shut them out from the rest of the country and never have to see or hear them ever again. And in the event of some kind of armed uprising, the government knows exactly what locations to bomb! Minimal collateral damage, too, thanks to the isolation of these compounds. It's basically a win-win, really.
