Says that some kill, take pictures and brag about minorities they killed while on duty. He also said that those involved in the Rodney King beating are currently holding high ranking positions in various divisions throughout LA. He also calls of minority cops that do the same and do nothing about it to look good to white officers and superiors.

I don't think anyone with sense would praise his rampage. However, his manifesto exposes some real sure fire corruption but you'd have to be a fool think police systems aren't corrupt. So while his manifesto brings up very relevant and succinct points, his methods of carrying them out (murder) is beyond indefensible. Life is precious even if they're ass tards.

The sad part is, LAPD's response gave validity to his manifesto.

This will probably be a springboard for copy cats. $:-\$

You can separate the two-- the manifesto, if true, is pretty messed up and thanks for telling us bro, BUT there are healthy ways to resolve this outside of murderous revenge. Some gaffers are have trouble "separating the product from the source" so to speak.
