Dell XPS 13 - good buy?

Hombres, I'm bad at computers, so I was wondering if you would recommend this laptop:

I'm talking about one of the two high end options.

Are there better ultrabook options? And what about the XPS 10? Dug, you have that one right?

xps12. the xps13 has a shit screen, although it has great build quality and specs otherwise.

the xps12 is PURE MONEY. 1080p 12" touch screen, carbon fiber and aluminum, backlit keyboard and 7 hour battery life. if it was a woman it would be janelle monae.

You may want to look at the Lenovo Thinkpad X series (X1 Carbon or X230). Typical Thinkpad bulletproof reliability and the X230 has great battery life. Depends on your priorities, I suppose - gaming? HD video? Battery life?
