I take 1 motherfucking day off

And I come back to XX unanswered emails that should have been done by the motherfucker sitting next to me who was away for 2 weeks and I did all his work.

But noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo when I take one day off he is unable to do anything because he was so "busy" and his pc "didn't work".

He didnt even go through emails to see if something is super urgent. GODDAMN what a slacker.

I have to add that he receives a third of the emails I receive on a daily basis.

I agree.  There are also the motherfuckers who don't respect the fact that you have the day(s) off and want something from you right away anyway.

Yeah management told me I can just leave everything he didnt do for him 

Its not even the worst thing HE didnt do anything, but when asked by other team members he lied and said he was on top of things when they offered to help him out. That's his real crime. If he would have said he needed help there were people ther for that. but he lied and left everything for me, then when I confronted him he was like bu bu bu bu "it was so busy".

I dunno guy has been working there for a while but apparently he still doesnt get some procedures, like who should do what and when and what the priorities are etc.

Normally a decent bloke but slow as fuck.
