I'm big on sustainable design so that's what I'm going for. Because the basis of sustainable design is to create as much of something with as much nothing as possible - every structure is unique and utilizes every resource in the surrounding area without compromising its integrity.

And to be honest, it not just about money but real thorough knowledge, inspiration and innovation that can make something like this happen. The reason cookie-cutter houses go up so quickly is because it lacks all of the above and then some. Which is fine - plenty of people want that.
