Teleglitch (roguelike topdown shooter)

this game is pretty cool. you play a dude who must explore/escape a research facility that has been overrun by mutants and monsters. you play from the topdown perspective. it has a really cool pixel artstyle with good color distortion effects.

levels are randomly generated. enemies drop random items (typically health items). you find storage crates with weapons and other items. there's a basic crafting element where you can create basic bombs, traps, and other jerry-rigged weapons.

it's permadeath as well.

been playing it for a while and i'm having a lot of fun with it. unfortunately you cannot get it from STEAM but it's available on their website and also Desura:

it's $13

Looks interesting, but $13 is a bit much. Hopefully it will be greenlit so I can get it from a sale.

Nice! Guess I'm getting it during the winter sale then.
