It's a mess. As ever GAF is eager to have an unwinnable and inflammatory argument, faux outrage abounds...
The people crying victim blaming are too out of touch with reality to understand that both people posing for photos makes the allegation more suspect, nor are they open minded enough to consider that the scale of embarrassment for both individuals could be a legitimate source of acrimony... The people likewise saying it's too suspicious to back her claims aren't giving her the benefit of the doubt or allowing the facts to come out. It's just a bad thing to take sides on and not worth anyone's time as an argument if they weren't a witness themselves or something. Let the law deal with it.
Personally erring towards drunken fumble turned life ruining, as I've seen and heard of similar things happening where I live (just without the whole publication on the Internet thing) but we'll see.
