Been on gaf for almost a year as an alt. Still not perma'd, especially thanks to the wise counsel of Kab-san.

Don't bring up past gaf exchanges in your old account EVER. See: every Wrath alt EVER. At least publicly. Most alts are outed because "I remember when gaffers were ______" or "that poster has always been like that." Or something that shows that you have been in the community before. DONT. Pretend you have never been to gaf before. Those you were cool with, tell them - privately - so that your discussions can go like they used to but little else.

Also, don't POST the same way you used to. At gaf as Himuro I posted a shit load of threads. I don't anymore. I used to hang out in specific "thread of the day" and just post in that thread that day. Nowadays I keep my self contained to like two or three threads tops, form a community, and lurk everywhere else. It helps that im a different person i was years ago and most of the topics dont interest me in the slightest anymore but still.The result? I only have like 1k post after a year so I am under the radar. Himuro was a prominent gaffer. My alt isn't.

Yeah, modern cases for PC gamers are so much better designed than even 3 years ago.  A big side panel fan for videocard airflow and tube openings for watercooling are pretty standard nowadays. 

Side panel fan is the one thing missing from my case.  I would upgrade but it's such a hassle to remove everything and reinstall.
