I'm not talking about whats influential. Beyond the fact I'm not sure how the hell half the gose games listed are influential(Jax is an influence to what). Most of those game series are dead and have no selling power like a Halo title.
Wipeout-Yeah it's golden days are behind it. The best it can muster is download game fodder while Sony messes with the studios behind it.

Jack/Ratchet/Sly-Did anyone care about Sly 4? Will we ever see a Jax 4? People even ask why Ratchet still comes out.
If anything these series exist to diversify the PS line, but they aren't huge series close to what MS or even Nintendo has. Yet, everyone on the bore says this about Sony properties, except when I say it I'm wrong and the idiot. What?
It isn't like MS actually develops Halo themselves. They have Bungie do it.
Well one, not anymore they own the developer who makes them. And 2, who cares? It's a franchisee they control and just one Halo will probably move more Xboxs than any of the titles you mentioned.
Other examples include Tekken, Ridge Racer, Metal Gear Solid, all those big games that people take for granted now that are multi-plat used to be published by Sony, and if not that, exclusive to their system.
Yes thank you for already re-stating what I said. It was titles like Tekken, MGS, and FF that made people buy Playstations, not fucking IQ. Those are the titles people cared about and still care about because they identify them with PS. Which is the entire reason MS pushed so hard to get them on xbox.
