Another game from Cavia and co with poor ass gameplay made for OCD patients and shit for graphics but we play them for the STORY, don't we?

Character design looks really poor. A simple copy pasta from that futanari in Nier plus Drakengard 2 main girl.

Alternatively, you can download the soundtrack and forget this ever existed.

They are already in damage control mode so it's gonna be OK!

Whatever, not like I liked Nier anyway. Also not like Cavia was some aaa studio that was above other cheap houses like Access.

Really, what I like about Cavia is the strangeness they have going on and I'm sure they can replicate that.

ah yes, unique strangeness, surely more easy to replicate than safely polished products

i bet brett ratner could replicate david lynch while we're at it

but isn't Yoko Taro working on this? If he is then what I'm saying isn't excactly crazy since really he's probably the one responsible for that uniqueness.

Bullet Witch was freaking strange, but it didn't have that kind of screwed up darkness that Drakengard 1 and Nier had. Same thing with Drakengard 2. And from what I can tell he wasn't the director of those games. Though they were both better playing games then 1 or Nier.

The first two games were cool for their jank, but I could never get that far in either because they were chores to play. Wonder if this one will be any different?

Well my enthusiasm is kind of dropping. This doesn't seem to be story sequel to Drakengard 2 and well kind of sounds meh. I didn't much care for Nier and well a new game that just happens to be called Drakengard 3 isn't 100% working for me. Plus I kind of find the main character design unappealing and stupid. Quite honestly, in 1 none of the characters really looked that crazy and Caim was totally unlike your average Japanese game protagonist. In 2 Nowe was more typical and pretty, but nothing crazy. This chick has a flower in her eye. It's just not sounding what I want from Drakengard. Oh and the screens here look awful. I know the game isn't some high budget affair but jesus even Grasshopper games show off better then the glimpse of the game we get here. The game looks embarrassingly ugly in these screenshots. I'm just going to be cautious about this.

Is this some kind of canceled handheld game that was moved to PS3?

DP is not a looker but polycount is certainly not this low.
