Windows 8 - General family account?

Now that you have to login to Windows with a MS account, how do you setup a general account for the whole family?

Something that is not linked to your FB, email etc.

Something that is not linked to your FB, email etc.

You can turn off using an MS account and go back to the traditional Windows account system pretty easily. If you don't care about any of the online syncing stuff that might be the best option.
