Just cooked this for me and the missus:

Chicken, sweet potato and onion roasted in maple syrup with rice and a side of rasped cucumber with chillies.

From last week. Cod with basil, chillies, carrots and beans and a bit of garlic.

Simple meal: smoked salmon, philly cheese, fresh garlic, chillies, basil and some lemon juice.

Just chicken and veg skewers.

Pear cake made by my fiancée.

Sweet potato and parsnip crisps, so much work for so little food!
