well, basic google searches like scarlet blade + nude/naked/seal remover/underwear remover etc. don't yield a whole lot, which is a little surprising.

If you really just gotta have an RPG with naked women in it, you might as well just nab one of the many nudity mods for Skyrim. It's guaranteed to be far more detailed, and you actually get a really great game to go along with it.
