Best itunes radio stations?

I forgot itunes had radio and looking through the list I am absolutely overwhelmed - the electronica section has 800 stations alone, all of which are just listed in alphabetical order. I'd like good radio while at work.

I listen to every genre and would like suggestions accordingly, and hopefully people can supply me with some good stuff. My tastes:

- r&b (old school, as well as some contemporary i.e. Janelle Monae, The Weeknd, Solange, Lianna La Havas, Miguel)
- soul
- funk
- rock
- alt rock (including its numerous subgenres like shoegaze, new wave, indie, britpop)
- metal (I'm very fickle on this genre, I don't like much thrash, but stuff like Metallica, Iron Maiden, Dream Theater, some Slayer, Dragonforce, Opeth, Uncle Acid)
- country (I'm very particular with country in that I only like old sounding country like Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Neko Case, Tammy Wynette, Emmylou Harris...you know, oldschool driving down the road late at night in the sticks country, not the neo rock country)
- blues
- jazz <-- probably my favorite overall genre next to electronic (bebop, blues, bossa nova, fusion, latin, vocal, traditional)
- classical
- electronic (ambient, house, nu-jazz, downtempo)

I always forget it's there, but I use it from time to time. I usually listen to the Alternative and Adult Alternative stuff.

Can you do this on Apple TV? There's a Radio app but it has like 8 stations.
